The Ride to Conquer Cancer – Biking 220 km from Toronto to Niagara Falls & raising funds for Cancer Research

On June 10 and 11th, 2017, I rode 🚴‍♀️ 220 kilometres with 5000 other riders from Toronto to Niagara Falls 🇨🇦. After biking through hills, trails and highways over the course of 10 hours, I finally crossed the finish line and achieved a milestone in supporting the fight against cancer. What seemed impossible 6 months ago was made possible today. Every struggle along the way was totally worth it! 🏅

The Ride to Conquer Cancer honours the family and friends we have lost to cancer, the survivors, and gives hope to those currently fighting the battle🎗. I would like to say a huge thank you to my family, friends and colleagues who supported my ride. This wouldn’t have been possible without your encouragement and support 👏
Together, we raised $2,787 to support cancer research at the @thepmcf #princessmargarethospital, one of the world’s top 5 cancer research centres! 🏥 In total, a new Canadian record of $20.5 million was raised at this event!
Thank you to my friends and extended family who waited for hours at the finish line! 💖👏 @charb15 Thanks for encouraging me along the way! Together, we made it 💖
Thanks to #stevescyclepaths team and @cohen_dc for all your great support during the ride! 👏 #therideto #ridetoconquercancer2017#rtcc #rtccto #pmh #cancerresearch #biking .
